Marriage contract between Hamidah Khanum, daughter of ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan Yamin Nizam, and Haj Aqa Mir Maʻsum Khan, son of ʻAliriza Khan on April 8, 1913. The mahr is 12000 tumans and a Qurʼan worth 100 tumans and all is on the bridegroom's charge. On the verso: "on December 6, 1930 I settled 1700 tumans for this contract with Khanum Navvab al-Hajiyah. Signed by Hamidah Ghaffari." Letter written by the attorney of Sayyid Husayn's wife to the lower court, 1929
Sayyid Husayn coercively divorced his wife, in the presence of Sayyid Abu al-Qasim (prayer leader of ‘Ali mosque), with the wife waiving her mahr and the condition of no return after divorce. Now after five months, when she wants to marry another man, Sayyid Husayn claims that he wants to remarry her, even though her marriage contract has been abrogated.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs asks the Government of Kurdistan to summon Sadiq Khan from Kurdistan (who used to be Amir Nizam's agent in Tabriz) and demands he settle the status of his marriage. Woman's murder, 1911
The body of the daughter of Haji Mulla Bashi from Taliqan was found by police. Her husband, Aqa Mirza Ibrahim from Taliqan, is arrested for her murder. He had been suspicious of his wife's relationship with his nephew, Hamid Allah, and asked her father to settle the mahr and agree to divorce. The second piece of news from a few days later is about Hamid Allah's arrest.
